Arrival from the airport directly to the museum

  • By public transportation (circa one hour):
    • Train REX 7 or S7 or S2 or CAT to “Wien Mitte-Landstraße Bahnhof”
    • Subway U4 to “Hietzing”
    • Tramway 10 or 60 to “Penzinger Straße”
  • It takes about 40 minutes to drive from the airport to the museum.

Parking at the museum

Parking by car:
Next to the museum, there is a paid garage—entrance Linzer Straße (DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn)—with a reduced fee for our visitors: € 2.20 instead of € 3.20 per parking hour. Please contact our information desk at the entrance to get a discount on the parking ticket!

Parking with coaches and cars:
Parking is available in the parking lot opposite Schönbrunn Palace.

Electric vehicles:
Charging stations are located near the museum at Linzer Straße 5.

Barrier-free pitches:
Two public barrier-free parking spaces are available in front of the main entrance at Mariahilfer Straße 212.
